Songs of Creation contains 22 radiant, full-color works of art — one luminous image for each letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Each is a meditative expression of the Divine energy of the Hebrew letter it represents. Each image has accompanying text on the facing page that provides an interpretation of the letter's spiritual meaning.

There is a Kabbalah story that tells us that God creates the universe by forming letters and combining them into words. The letters are the building blocks of creation, and there are infinite possibilities in their combinations. Through the act of speaking, God brings the world into being. Songs of Creation imagines that God uses letters, colors, and Light to create melodies and harmonies and sings the universe into being: "Uni-verse" literally means "one song." Thus, each image in the book is itself a song.
